This was my first experience with IUI and my first time going through any part of a pregnancy journey, and I couldn’t have asked for a better clinic to guide me through it. The entire team was incredibly helpful and always answered every question I had with patience and kindness. They kept me informed and updated every step of the way, which truly made the whole process feel calm and reassuring. I want to give a special thank-you to the front staff, who were always so friendly the moment we walked in. Tanisha greeted me at almost every visit, and her warmth meant so much. The back staff was just as wonderful, and my coordinator, Karina, was there for me without hesitation. As a same-sex couple, we understood that achieving a successful first attempt might be a bit of a challenge, but thanks to the support and care from this team, we were successful on the very first try. We are over the moon and can’t wait to meet our little nugget! I will absolutely be coming back when we’re ready for baby number two. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone ready to start their journey in growing their family. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine care made this experience unforgettable. ❤️🌈👶🏽

There are not enough words in the English language to describe how truly indebted and grateful my husband and I are to have been able to receive the best care and success by choosing Pinnacle Fertility for our journey to completing our family. Dr. Zoneraich is, by far, the BEST there is when it comes to doing all he can to help people grow their family. Not only were we able to have one successful FET that led to the birth of our son, but I am currently pregnant for the 2nd time! Yanely is such a great source of comfort and knowledge and guided me on this journey through both cycles. The whole front desk staff was always friendly and welcoming each time I went in for an appointment. LaRue (I hope I spelled that correctly?) was the best when it came to my blood draws and always made me feel at ease. Kelly and Allison always helped me feel comfortable during ultrasound appts. Celeste and Kate were so kind and helpful when getting me settled into the exam rooms for whatever appt I happened to be receiving at the moment. Dr. Larsen and Dr. Peterson are also very good at what they do and made me feel very comfortable when I was in their care. All I can say is if you are experiencing infertility and you want a great team across the board, please reach out to Pinnacle Fertility. They are the absolute best at what they do and they always treat you with dignity and respect!

Our IVF journey started May 2025. We were assigned with Dr.Peterson and Leah as our navigator. During the processes you will be pleased with the communication and fast response. Every staff member we came across as so nice and respectful. There was never no problems. Very pleased with the processes of our 1st IVF journey. If you are looking for an office to start your journey I would highly recommend anyone within there company. I thank them everyday for everything they have done for us.

I am so thankful to this clinic for helping us through a difficult journey. I am especially thankful to Dr. Peterson and Sandra as they really helped guide the process. Also the front desk staff at Glendale were so nice. I don’t remember her name unfortunately but she was so so kind. Also, the phlebotomist was amazing and I was never nervous for a blood draw with her there. Allison is also one of the nicest people and ALWAYS made sure my procedures were comfortable. I really trusted her when I saw she was doing the procedure if my doctor wasn’t able to. Thank you to all the staff again! We are so excited!

I am incredibly grateful for my experience at Advanced Fertility Care Glendale (PInnacle). I felt genuinely cared for and supported during what can be such an emotional and overwhelming journey. Brenda, the coordinator, is truly amazing-kind, patient, responsive, and always reassuring. She went above and beyond to make sure I never felt confused about any step. Dr. Peterson is exceptional! He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything clearly while making me feel heard and understood. His calm caring approach made such a difference and gave me confidence throughout the process. Fertility treatment is not easy, but this team made it feel manageable, personal and filled with HOPE, I will always be thankful for the care I received and highly recommend this clinic to anyone beginning or continuing their fertility journey.
