I have loved my time with New Direction Fertility under the care of Dr. Johnson! So much that it was incredibly bittersweet graduating from their clinic upon them helping us with achieving pregnancy! I have done an IVF, two frozen embryo transfers, and an IUI (the IUI worked - which was nuts for us). I truly will miss the warm embrace from the front desk, and how sweet Charlotte is! She is so kind and made me feel so comfortable every visit that she assisted Dr. Johnson with. The phlebotomists were incredible, as well! Every single one of them is caring and carry-on great conversation that help ease our nerves. We truly never wanted to leave this office! I would recommend Dr. Johnson and New Direction to all family/friends needing assistance w/ battling fertility needs.

I can’t say enough great things about this fertility clinic and the entire staff that works here! From their receptionists to phlebotomists, ultrasounds techs, doctors, and everyone in between, trusting the people here at New Direction was the best decision. Communication was speedy quick, results always delivered promptly, and everyone just genuinely cared about my experience (even for quick blood draws). I used to be so nervous to get my blood drawn and everyone who took it was always so efficient, kind, and helped distract me. The ultrasound tech was always so prepared to answer any questions and was so incredibly helpful. Thank you all for the care you put forward for your patients!

If you’re reading this and contemplating making an appointment… just DO it! I personally have been at 3 different clinics in the valley and did 4 consults with doctors and I knew Dr Amols was going to help get me pregnant and he sure did! After 4 failed transfers and no answers I was feeling pretty down and hopeless. Dr Amols gave me information none of the other doctors did and I believe he was right! Everyone’s story and journey is so different but I couldn’t be more thankful for the providers at NDFC because I am happily 21 weeks pregnant and expecting a baby boy in April from my first transfer with him. I have never met a more invested, intelligent, caring and wonderful human than Dr Amols. I also had direct contact with Dr Johnson and the NP Michelle who were also so wonderful and made my journey the best it could be. Thank you so much everyone at NDFC for giving me my dream come true

The staff and doctor Derman at New Direction Fertility have truly been a blessing throughout my fertility journey. The ladies at the front desk were always so caring, patient, and responsive—answering every question, returning calls, and making sure all of my documentation was handled promptly. The doctors were absolutely amazing and guided me through every step with compassion and expertise. Despite all the tests, surgeries, medications, and the emotional ups and downs, I now have a successful pregnancy thanks to their dedication and care. It was not an easy road, but having such an incredible team by my side made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me and can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend New Direction Fertility to anyone struggling with infertility or looking for a supportive, knowledgeable team. I’ve already referred a friend and colleague who is considering transferring her care because I truly believe this clinic goes above and beyond for their patients.
