From the front desk team to Erika, Dr. Qasim, Dr. Sachdev, and everyone in between, we will cherish their kindness and support forever. Let me share a few highlights, one by one: Front Desk Staff: They embodied professionalism with unwavering attentiveness and warm smiles. The team was exceptionally supportive, and in one emergency—when we arrived without an appointment—they welcomed us seamlessly, revealing a rare human touch that’s all too absent in today’s world. The Supportive Nurse During Transfer: Her compassion was extraordinary; after the procedure, she sat with my wife, offering heartfelt advice on self-care and faith, assuring us that all would be well. She even accommodated us gracefully when we were late for a later appointment—though I regret forgetting her name, her impact lingers. Erika: Our true X-factor and guiding coach! With her experience and attentiveness, she anticipated every need, from refilling prescriptions to ensure we never missed a step. During a heartbreaking moment when my wife’s father passed away and we showed up unannounced in panic, Erika calmed her with gentle reassurance and provided invaluable guidance throughout our journey. The Qasim Couple: Both are remarkable souls—warm, exceptional, and deeply caring. I’ve praised Dr. Suna Qasim in another review, but Mrs. Qasim deserves equal acclaim for her diligent handling of insurance follow-ups and appointments, making the process effortless. Dr. Sachdev: A seasoned expert who guided my wife through the most critical stages with skill and empathy. I wish him every success, and a future filled with moments like the happiness he brought to us.

We owe this place the greatest joy of our life. We were struggling for appointments at other places, and I requested Tensi to accommodate us( great decision), I was being treated by Dr. Sachdev- I would describe him as someone not only experienced, but also straightforward and honest. I am also thankful to the front desk, especially Roopika for helping me in numerous ways. But my biggest shoutout is for my nurse Shamara who was my biggest strength, more like an elder sister who really cared for me and helped me by going out of her way many times. What I loved the most about this place is everyone remembering our personal circumstances like work, travel plans etc. and always guiding us in advance on how to plan accordingly as these treatments are long.

Dr. Qasim and his team are the best. They are very sensitive to their patients' feelings and problems. They helped me throughout the entire process and gave me so much strength when I needed it. I wasted a lot of time and money on this place and wish I had trusted my instincts sooner—I chose this office because it was the most affordable option for IVF out-of-pocket. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. My first IVF cycle here failed, and the experience left me emotionally exhausted. The technology is outdated—no online portal, no access to your test results. Communication is limited to rushed phone calls from a nurse with no written follow-up, which is risky when dealing with complex meds. When I asked for emailed instructions to confirm I understood everything, I was met with attitude. There was also a language barrier with my assigned nurse, and even after asking several times through the office staff to be switched, nothing changed. Dr. Sachdev focused only on statistics and didn’t treat me like a person. Every time he spoke to me, he acted like a robot—forgetting who I was and asking the same questions over and over. After my failed cycle, I asked what we’d do differently—he said “nothing.” That was a red flag, and I knew I had to leave. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and went to a different clinic. I’m so glad I did—the experience was night and day in terms of the care, communication, and treatment approach. A year later, I’m blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Fertility is too important to tolerate poor care. I hope this helps someone make a more informed decision.

11 years ago I came to this clinic to have Ivf with two cycles failed my third cycle took and had twins. The process then was amazing my Dr was Dr. Quasim, he knows his stuff and was extremely compassionate. The office was different back then, Fast forward to 11 years later to two years ago we started our journey to do Ivf again this time the office was different they seemed to be money hungry every time we turned around the price changed or we had to pay more money and that was just for egg retrieval. We had just came from another clinic with three miscarriages and put out 50k to come here and keep putting out money and I didn’t even have a transfer yet. This process is already overwhelming and stressful. Patients shouldn’t have to continue to be pressed for money Naseern is the main one this goes for she’s is nasty and rude says one thing and then switches up to her convenience. Before she joined the practice it wasn’t like that now that she runs it, ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY DO NOT GO HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. Receptionists are rude as well.
