So far, we have loved our experience with Reply! I first found Reply through a podcast on NaPro technology and Restorative Reproductive Medicine (RRM). After looking into it, the idea of getting to the root cause of infertility instead of resorting to IVF really resonated with me. I was simply unwilling to accept an "unexplained infertility" diagnosis, all to spend thousands on IVF for it to *maybe* work. We had experienced a miscarriage and had multiple doctors deny my requests for additional testing because everything looked "normal" so we decided to give Reply a shot. We first met with them a few months ago, which was a year since our miscarriage. We felt very comfortable and taken care of from our very first call with Emily. After working with Dr. Beiter and going through testing the past few months, we now have a plan in place that brings us hope after a year of feeling hopeless. Overall the biggest reason I am impressed with Reply is their attention and compassion to you as a patient. There is always someone that picks up your phone call or replies to your messages within the same day. A huge shout-out to Donna, our case manager, who made what is already a sensitive and stressful situation so much easier with her communication and helpful advice. Another shout-out to Emily, our health coach, who helped us with our lifestyle changes. Reply's team is unmatched, and I have never had a better experience with a healthcare provider. I look forward to continuing working with them, and hopefully in the new year I can update this with the news of a healthy pregnancy!

The people at Reply and their intentionality are wonderful. They truly want to help people find root causes and work towards conception. I appreciate the heart of Reply so much. My husband and I worked with Reply for about 2.5 years before the cost became prohibitive and we took another route. In that time, we were able to eventually become pregnant and then faced an early miscarriage. We took the route of addressing insulin resistance using diabetes medications and then inducing regular bleeds by supplementing with progesterone. When we were pregnant, we were prescribed high doses of progesterone to try and prevent miscarriage. All of these efforts seemed to be somewhat effective. For us, the care at Reply was amazing, but it just wasn't quite enough. I still felt like I would never have a healthy, natural cycle and that without medical interventions, I would be unable to conceive. My body was still "broken" and I was trying to treat an undiagnosed autoimmune problem. I felt like a failed science experiment overtime. A little over a year ago, during our last month with Reply, we started working with a local chiropractor to actually heal my body. Within a few months, I conceived naturally. That pregnancy also ended early, but since then, for the first time in my life, I am having normal cycles naturally. I have been off all of the diabetes medications for over a year, I've lost some weight, my ovaries no longer show signs of cysts, and I no longer have to supplement with progesterone. At age 39 and after so many years of walking through infertility, these are things that I never imagined would be possible. We addressed root causes by getting my metabolism working again, working on regulating my nervous system, doing in-depth hormone testing, and supplementing with natural products. These are outcomes that I desperately wanted to find through Reply, but the mixture of seeking to heal root causes and using traditional medicine to do it did not work for me. I share all this to say that Reply may be an incredible tool for some, but if it doesn't end up being a great fit, there are other means of healing. Our bodies are created to heal, to grow, and to grow life - all we need is to find the tools that work for us.

Working with Reply has been a great experience so far! They have found things that the traditional fertility doctors overlooked. I really appreciate how they encourage my husband and I to come to appointments together and to both be very involved in the process. If you are considering working with Reply, please know that you must be willing to do the work. There is a lot of testing, charting, and fertility education appointments but it’s so worth it to heal your bodies and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. I am truly so grateful that this clinic exists and that the practitioners here are extremely thorough!

I had a very positive and wonderful first experience. The new patient coordinator was extremely welcoming, friendly and patient with my scheduling requests. The Nurse Practitioner was wonderful too. Talking to her made me feel Like she gets my concerns and I felt very comfortable with her approach. She was so respectful of my time and made sure she addressed everything in the time I had with her. Excellent experience indeed!

The level of care and compassion from Dr. B is outstanding! He really takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure u are comfortable. I never feel rushed when I go see him and can honestly say this is the only doctor I have seen that listened to my concerns AND tried to come up with a way to help. Tia is also great. She went above and beyond to make sure my prior authorization was cleared after my surgery had to be delayed because of it (no fault of hers). She stayed in touch with me throughout the process and even stayed late one day trying to get it completed. She remained professional at all times even when I wasn’t the nicest. I highly recommend this office and it’s staff.
