I was a new patient of Dr. Fisher, who was amazing and was then assigned to Dr. Reddy. Communication was great at first, then it deteriorated quickly and I wouldn’t hear back for weeks! Spring was my 2nd fertility clinic after seeing one in Sacramento, who saw I had a polyp, going to UC Davis and told there was no polyp, then to Spring and the polyp was spotted immediately by Dr. Fisher. I had surgery to remove the polyp in April 2024 and paid $5K+ out of pocket. That was when Dr. Reddy was still new. Post surgery, I might as well have been ghosted! Despite relaying my urgency to become pregnant and telling the nurses I was frustrated by their stalled communication, I had to give up for my mental health which left me defeated, again. I’m writing this review now because I’m finally ready to mentally fight for a baby. I wish I wrote this sooner after seeing a similar review of my experience. I had done my research and feel confident in saying, I do think if Dr. Fisher had stayed in Danville, my experience would have been much different.

Dr. Fisher, and Spring Fertility (our experience has been with the Danville and Oakland locations) as a whole has been amazing. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away with no traffic and have not had a single regret about choosing Dr. Fisher and his team to help with our IVF process. On occasion we have seen other providers and they have also been wonderful. I would absolutely recommend Spring Fertility to anyone in need of fertility treatment.

The clinic is lovely and Dr Reddy is great. Unfortunately, I feel very lead on by this clinic. They assured me over and over again that they would accept our embryos from a previous clinic. I send all my medical info to their lab before I even had a consultation because this was my biggest concern. It wasn’t I was thousands of dollars deep into this clinic that they told me they wouldn’t be able to accept my embryos. It’s not worth trying to transfer embryos here. It’s probably a great clinic if you’re starting from scratch though! Update: The clinic worked with me to make it right financially. They also assured me they’re changing their processes for tissue transfers so hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

We feel lucky that we stumbled upon Spring Fertility through a google search of fertility clinics in the bay. We worked with Dr. Fisher and his team and it was a great experience that eventually lead us to having our daughter this last March. Through the entire process Dr.Fisher was friendly, reassuring and best of all weighed in with his opinion and experience about where we were in the process. The care team was always very responsive and helpful which added to our positive experience.

We had an amazing experience at Spring Fertility. Their service, communication, and results were outstanding. Choosing Spring Fertility was one of the best decisions we've ever made, and it had a very positive impact on our lives. When we had our first consultation with Dr. Fisher in September 2021, they went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, even providing a translator service They were also very flexible when we needed to change our starting date multiple times, which allowed us to get the dates we wanted and enabled me to get pregnant at the desired time. Our beautiful and healthy baby girl was born in August of last year, and we couldn't be happier. The Spring Fertility team even sent us some lovely swag for our little girl. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Fisher and the team for everything they did for us.
