If I could give zero stars, I’d do just that. The “director” of this agency has very poor customer service. You have to call several times for a call back, you have to email her several times before emailing you back (if she responds at all). If you are looking for an egg donor, ask if they are still active. She has profiles of people that haven’t been active in years. I should have gone with my first instincts when she was taking a long time to respond to messages. When I made my concerns known to her, she just never responded. She got her money and ran. I do not suggest this agency at all.
