I received a bill for $2.71. I accidentally made a payment for $271. Honest mistake. I called ACRM to clear up the accident I made and was told someone in accounts receivable would call me back. I didnt not receive a call, so I started a dispute with my bank. My bank attempted to contact ACRM to dispute it.... TWICE. And im sure you could guess, im still out $268.29. Edit: Chantise from the Patient Support was able to resolve this issue for me very promptly once she was made aware of it. Thank you again Chantise!

We had a great experience with ACRM and would highly recommend it. Dr Calhoun and her team were wonderful to work with. We had our baby girl in December after our first round of IVF after trying naturally for several years. We are so thankful for Dr Calhoun for helping us have our miracle baby. β€οΈ

Dr. Calhoun and her team are amazing! They were able to help my husband and I start and grow our family. Her care team is awesome and always quick to respond when I needed help/asked questions. We love Dr. Calhoun and ACRM!

I really really enjoy all of the ladies at the office from the front desk to the nurses. They are always laughs and smiles. They are so compassionate and extremely welcoming.. Fertility is very hard to deal with when you are lacking but I really appreciate being able to openly talk and ask all of the crazy questions and everyone is so willing to help

1 Star We spent over $5,000 at ACRMβlab fees, doctor bills, scans, and testsβonly to be failed by Dr. Kathryn Calhoun and her team twice. Despite sending clear, time-sensitive ovulation test results and asking for prompt appointments, they delayed us until after ovulation, making the IUIs we were preparing for completely unviable. We trusted Dr. Calhoun with our care during one of the most emotionally vulnerable times in our lives. Instead, we were charged thousands for procedures that were never performed due to their own scheduling errors. After multiple follow-ups, she offered a partial refund but refused to accept full responsibility. This was not just a financial lossβit was a painful emotional setback. If you're seeking fertility care, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. If this review helps you, please give it a like so others can be warned.
