Dr. Karande was wonderful! We met with him for initial testing due to unexplained secondary infertility. He explained everything thoroughly and in ways we could understand. He came up with a plan that fit into our family plans. Right before final testing we ended up getting pregnant on our own. Dr. Karande and his office kept us as patients and did weekly check-ins with us until we were 10 weeks and able to be released to my regular OB. All of the nurses at his Rockford office were so amazing and easy to work with. I would highly recommend. They all make you feel comfortable in such an uncertain time.

Dr. Karande and his nursing staff were excellent communicators during a very overwhelming experience. They provided great detail and education about processes. Dr. Karande only would recommend and order the necessary medications/bloodwork/procedures in order to prevent unnecessary costs. I’m forever grateful for his team of providers and staff. We are very blessed to have welcomed our baby girl this year after two rounds of IUI with Dr. Karande.

Without Dr. Karande and the rest of the InVia team I wouldn't have my three beautiful babies. Dr. Karande is a no nonsense Dr. Who will not waste your time on things that he believes won't work. I was grateful to go straight to IVF because IUI was not going to work with me. During my last round to try for my final baby he told me I was meant to be a mama and it completely changed my outlook. That last round I got my daughter. My family is complete and I am eternally grateful.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are remarkable. At the age of 47, I was able to convince, carry and deliver a healthy baby girl thanks to Invia. I couldn’t say enough about the Hoffman Estates office.

Dr. Karande and the Rockford staff at Invia were wonderful. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. They were invested in our fertility journey and took the time to answer all of our questions. I am happy and grateful that I became pregnant, but I miss seeing the staff!
