We have had an amazing experience with Utah fertility. It is such a vulnerable experience to do fertility treatments, but it was so helpful to have amazing staff that provided confidence that we were in good hands. All the staff have been kind and help me feel comfortable during my appointments and procedures. And on top of the positive experiences they also helped us successfully conceive so we could grow our family, we are so thankful!

Suzie and Ashley are great! But rest of the staff is hit or miss, and billing......is a nightmare and THE reason for this 1 star review... My wife and I received good care from Suzie and staff upon initial visits, getting a lot of questions answered and feeling confident in the fertility path we were provided. However after 3 IUI cycles we did not have any success. My wife's ovulation was hard to pin down. For our fourth IUI attempt, when we called to say she was ovulating according to the ovulation strips, they said "we don't believe you." That caused us to miss an opportunity to perform an IUI even though we had already paid for a fourth cycle ($1300). We lost confidence in the clinic and decided to pursue other paths towards fertility. She did get her blood drawn and ultrasounds taken to try to pin point ovulation which is part of this fourth IUI cycle. When trying to figure out how much we should be refunded since we didnt go through with the IUI, we OWED more since each blood draw is $275 and $850 for ultrasounds regardless of how many you do. This is classic healthcare type fraud IMO and I strongly suggest you know the costs of this clinic before engaging this clinic. TLDR: there are some very good NPs, doctors and staff at this clinic but if you get in touch with the wrong staff members or don't want to be surprised by charges, find a different fertility clinic.

I have nothing but great things to say about my time spent at UFC. Dr.Dorais was extremely kind, thorough, and always listened to my concerns and answered any of my questions. My nurse coordinator was easy to communicate with and if she wasn’t available, I was always able to get ahold of someone to answer any questions I had! The whole team at Midvale is amazing and I would highly recommend UFC for anyone needing fertility care.

My experience has been wonderful start to end. Everyone has been so kind, supportive, and compassionate. Dr. Gurtcheff and her team are amazing and I am so grateful for the care I have received.

I am a donor and just recently completed a retrieval. This process, while challenging and difficult, is always so fulfilling. Utah Fertility takes great care of their donors (and patients). I appreciated all of the helpful staff along the way. Lesley was the nurse who followed me and held my hand through the process - I am forever grateful to have had her guidance, expertise, and reassurance throughout the entirety of the retrieval, as well as after - which was the most difficult for me. Hoping to continue donating through Utah Fertility and recommending them to my family and friends.
