Over a year ago my husband and I adopted embryos and started the IVF process. We went through Utah Fertility Center and they took all our concerns seriously. We really felt seen and heard. We had an embryo implanted last December and now we have a beautiful 5 month old baby girl. Thanks to all the wonderful nurses and doctors!

The nurse practitioners will be primarily who you see face to face. The physicians tend to be more behind the scenes with very few face to face visits. Most of the clinicians were professional but not very personable and lacked bedside manner; With the exception of Kristi Rodgeron NP who was extremely kind, empathetic and truly cared for me as an individual. The clinic is run smoothly and work hard to get you in and out. After suffering 2 losses, being diagnosed with Hashimotoโs and 3 rounds of timed intercourse I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with twins.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication, compassion, and the last-minute cancellations of my appointments. I understand that lab work can encounter delays, but I was not informed when additional blood was needed. Additionally, I have found some staff members to be rude, and I often feel like an inconvenience. I have already invested significant time and effort into my treatment, which is why I have continued care here. However, I hope the staff can improve communication and patient care for the remainder of my treatment. I would be happy to update my review if these concerns are addressed.

It was a journey! 6 failed iuiโs one IVF cycle one transfer that resulted in twins! One conceived IVF the other conceived naturally 3 days later! I would say it was fun but it was not fun. The Ogden location staff are not knowledgeable and they treat you like a number, no emotion or bed side manner. The salt lake and pleasant grove locations were amazing.

I feel like 2 is generous, but based on my experience I can't recommend this company with much confidence. Here's some of my experience, based out of the Midvale location. My provider (whom I won't name) only ever met with me twice, virtually. Said provider wasn't particularly warm or empathetic, which is hard in such a vulnerable situation like infertility. Initially I was hopeful. We did an HSG and an SHG which both came back normal. However, the provider said I had low AMH, at 0.77. I retested and got 0.83 ng/mL. I was very emotional and devastated about this news, confused as to how it would've dropped so much in four years (2.44 in 2020). Provider robotically recommended IVF and gave me some statistics and success rates for my age. From that point, I felt like communication was always really convoluted and unclear. Costs were communicated just fine, but I felt like I was always getting calls from different people about the same thing. Options and processes weren't communicated clearly up front, which added a lot of stress. As an example, I reached out regarding trying letrozole. The right move would've been to give me a call and explain what the process would look like. That's not at all what happened. Instead, I got a call from an unknown pharmacy to ship HCG. I got a call to schedule ultrasounds. None of this was explained beforehand, and I ended up canceling the whole thing due to stress. Unhappy with my experience there, and unhappy with the suggestion of IVF rather than problem solving, I switched care. I started seeing a NaPro provider who was willing to do more digging as to what was preventing my second pregnancy (I had no issue conceiving, carrying, and birthing my son at age 35). We've learned endometriosis is likely the primary inhibitor in my situation. My next step is a laparoscopy. My surgeon ordered blood work which I had done last week on CD3. Today it came back showing my AMH is 2.24 ng/mL! I am feeling pretty angry at the Utah Fertility Center for misleading me regarding my AMH, which is why I decided to review today. In short, I would just say, understand what you may be getting into. You are unlikely to have frequent contact or in-person appointments with your doctor. You are unlikely to have clear lines of communication with staff who knows you and your situation (maybe unless you do IVF?). Please get your blood work done externally so it's not skewed or misrepresented to push you toward IVF. Plus, if you'd like to problem solve and address underlying causes before trying IVF, consider a NaPro provider. Sending baby dust to you in your fertility journey, moms and dads.
