I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I’ve received from the entire team at RMA Mt. Kisco. From the very beginning of my journey, I have felt supported, heard, and genuinely cared for by every single person involved in my treatment. My coordinator, Caitlin S, has been an incredible source of guidance and reassurance throughout this process. The nursing team, including Jordyn, Nicole, Rachel, and Kylie, consistently go above and beyond to make what can be an overwhelming experience feel manageable and compassionate. The front desk staff are always warm and welcoming, especially Alia, who is consistently kind and helpful. I am also so grateful for the behind-the-scenes team who play such a critical role in patient care. My finance educator, Alex C, and Jen C have been so supportive in navigating the financial aspects of treatment, and the phlebotomists, Miah and Jackie, make even the most routine visits feel comfortable and stress-free. I am deeply appreciative of the OR team who have supported me through multiple cycles, including Sabrina, Maddie, and Jenny. Dr. Gerber has been exceptional every step of the way. She is always available to answer my questions and takes the time to walk me through each part of the process with patience and care. I would also like to thank Teresa from the genetics team, who was instrumental in identifying one of the major causes of my fertility challenges. I highly recommend RMA Mt. Kisco to anyone looking for a fertility clinic with a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated team to support them through such a vulnerable journey. The level of care and attention I have received here is truly unmatched.

My experience with RMA of New York (Westchester) has been outstanding. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming, especially when your case is medically and genetically complex, but the entire team made me feel supported, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. Dr. Lederman was exceptional. He approached my complicated situation with both expertise and compassion. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options, walked me through each phase of treatment, and made sure I felt comfortable with every decision. He responded to my emails incredibly quickly and often called me the same day to talk things through. My journey has been longer than most, but he was always positive and always encouraged me to stay positive, even when I truly did not think I could. He always seemed to have a solution ready, which made such a difference. Jen, my IVF coordinator, was incredible. She kept everything organized and moving forward seamlessly, from authorizations to scheduling to medication prescriptions and deliveries. She was responsive, kind, and reassuring during moments that could have easily felt overwhelming. Having her as a consistent point of contact made things feel manageable. The nursing staff also deserves huge recognition, especially Nicole. The nurses were patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate when calling with both good and not-so-good news. Those calls can carry a lot of emotion, and they handled them with so much care. The phlebotomists at both the White Plains and Mt. Kisco locations were wonderful as well, always professional and friendly, bringing a smile to the many early mornings. Now that I have graduated from RMA and am expecting my baby this summer, I could not be more thankful to Dr. Lederman and the entire RMA team. I truly hope to be back in the future for baby number two, and I would not hesitate to recommend RMA to anyone going through fertility treatment.

Where do I start!? Dr. Gerber is an absolute amazing person and doctor! We had been through multiple clinics near us and when we found RMA and met Dr. Gerber, she was the first Doctor that actually listened to us and really took a deep dive into my records. She found out a multitude of issues that other clinics either did or missed with me and worked with my natural body to get us through. She’s an amazing doctor and the only doctor we had from all the places we had that you could actually email and would answer you and call you! Never had that before! She also helped us with other adjacent medical issues and helped us get a doctor near me sooner to get the help I needed! Worth the 2.5 hours for us!! Jordyn, the head nurse, was so amazing!! Every time I spoke with her, she was always so kind, patient and so helpful with everything. Always answering my questions and taking the time to help! Jen Ciappetta, my care coordinator was always helpful with getting me scripts for my meds and sending them to my pharmacy. Overall, everyone on her team and at RMA are amazing and we HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Lederman and his care team at RMA Westchester for their support throughout my IVF journey. IVF involves so many different moving pieces -- I consistently felt that Dr. Lederman, along with his coordinator Jen and the clinical staff, were always well-organized and attentive. Dr. Lederman is meticulous when it comes to optimizing your treatment plan to ensure you have the best outcomes possible, which I greatly appreciated and resulted in fantastic results. I also want to give a special shout out to the Mount Kisco phlebotomists -- I’ve never experienced more painless blood draws -- an especially noteworthy point given how many were required during IVF. Thank you RMA!

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Lederman and the entire team at RMA of New York for changing my life forever. My IVF journey was not easy. It was emotional, physically demanding, and at times deeply discouraging. There were moments of hope, moments of fear, and moments where I questioned whether motherhood would ever happen for me. After my first cycle failed, I was devastated. I truly considered walking away from the process altogether. But that’s when my social worker, Jennifer Ciappetta stepped in with compassion, patience, and unwavering encouragement. She didn’t just do her job — she walked with me through the uncertainty. She listened when I was overwhelmed. She reassured me when I felt defeated. She gently encouraged me to try again when I was ready to give up. Her support made me feel seen, understood, and not alone in one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life. I am so grateful that I listened to her encouragement and decided to pursue a second cycle. Today, I am the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy, Prince, who is now seven months old and thriving. Every smile, every milestone, every moment with him is a reminder of what faith, perseverance, and the right medical team can accomplish together. Thank you to my nurse Nicole and every staff member who treated me with kindness, professionalism, and care. Thank you to Dr. Lederman for your expertise and dedication.
