I’ve been seeing Alison for acupuncture for years, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She’s helped me through chronic back issues that I struggled with for so long, and the relief I’ve gotten from working with her has been life-changing. Beyond the physical care, she’s also supported me through some really difficult emotional and traumatic periods in my life. She has such a calming presence and creates a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Alison is not only incredibly skilled, but deeply intuitive and compassionate. I trust her completely, which says everything. She’s hands down the best practitioner I’ve ever worked with, and I’m so grateful to have had her in my life all these years.

I had the most amazing experience with Amy. I had never done acupuncture and honestly I never thought I would even try it. But being 4 months pregnant with sciatica, I needed some relief. Luckily I found Mama Lounge and after 2 sessions I felt like a new person. Amy was so caring and attentive. She made me feel so comfortable! I'm so thankful for her and I plan on being back throughout my pregnancy!

I am a mom of two and like most moms prioritizing myself and my health is hard. I had a very rough October hormonally and I knew if I wanted to be the best mom and wife I could be that I needed to get some help. I started seeing Amy at Mama Lounge every week for acupuncture and what a difference it has made in my life. I feel more in tune with my core and self now - my kids are still my first priority but I also understand and prioritize the need for self care. What I get at Mama Lounge is a female-centric, understanding and empathetic approach. They give you time to vent and they listen well, and in the end really, really help. Plus their admin process is easy, the treatments are affordable and they are super organized. Every mom's dream.

Mama Lounge is the place to go for any mommy in the planning stages, pregnant, or after! I saw Amy for fertility and pregnancy treatments, and I'm honestly not sure if I would have gotten pregnant without her help along the way. She and her team really take the time to understand your needs, to understand your body, and to treat you. The environment is warm and friendly, while also calming and relaxing, and I found it well worth the 45 minute drive each way to see them!

Mama Lounge provides a very relaxing environment. I had never done acupuncture until ML and I have loved every session. Amy is always very attentive and provides great feedback/advice. Give them a try if you're struggling with infertility!
