I'd avoid this place like the plague!! Yelp reviews don't lie. Dr. Cedars is a nightmare and does not advocate for patients. Her staff is on social media saying snarky things which is totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Bottom line is you pay a fortune and a stranger will probably work on you- no vested interested in your success. They don't honor pricing and once you start here- you are stuck dealing with their egomaniacal ways. If you try to move your eggs, superior labs will will not accept them because your eggs will die due to labs inferior storage process. Bottom line, don't start the process here, you will regret it due to the fact you don't see your doctor, they don't try to get optimal results for you, and they are just unethical all around. You'll regret starting this life- changing journey here and once you do, you are stuck dealing with these power-assertive narcissists. If you want clinics who actually care about their patients , and you having a positive outcome so you don't have to do a ton of cycles, send me a message. This can be a positive experience, it just won't happen here. DO NOT GET YOUR CARE HERE- YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! IT IS LIKE AN EX THAT WILL SUCK THE LIFE OUT OF YOU WITH LIES, MISLEADING YOU, AND RIPPING YOU OFF!!!

Dr. Marcelle Cedars and the UCSF team are truly exceptional. I came to Dr. Cedars after two unsuccessful IVF cycles years ago at UCLA that left me uncertain about my fertility. From the first meeting, the difference was clear—she spent real time understanding my history and thoughtfully approached our complex case, including consulting with her ~70-person clinical team. She’s incredibly sharp and experienced, while also empathetic and intentional. In my case, that led to a meaningfully better outcome—we were able to freeze 7 embryos—and renewed hope. The entire operation is extremely well run—organized, efficient, and very patient-centered. The admin staff is kind and responsive, the nurses are knowledgeable and reassuring, and the other doctors are a pleasure to work with. Communication around meds and next steps is super clear. Blood draws are quick and painless, and ultrasounds are gentle and efficient. Retrieval day felt calm and well-orchestrated—I felt safe every step of the way. You can also feel the culture she’s created—people genuinely seem to enjoy their work and care about patients. Across many visits, I consistently felt well cared for. It’s rare to find this level of expertise and coordination in healthcare.

I highly recommend Dr. Marcelle Cedars, who is one of the most compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable physicians that I've ever known. I never felt rushed in any of my appointments. She is also thorough and understanding. I love how her office is so modern and clean.
