In Aspire HGI, I bear Gertrude Ugochi Odoemenem. From the moment I started my fertility journey at Aspire HFI Cypress location, the nursing Staffs made me feel safe and treated me as a family. Even during some stressful moments, the nurses especially Katherine went above and beyond with clear explanations and empathy made me feel like a family. Infact the nursing team is phenomenal, and efficient. Great professional staffs from reception, labs and all the departments . I am very pleased with the care and I highly recommend this clinic.

**PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE** This is my personal experience: Dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical. Dr. Bello and this clinic do not care about your fertility journey. It is all about the money. Her whole entire goal is to frighten you into accepting IVF as the ONLY choice by using countless scare tactics and phrases. In addition to this, she doesn't explain bloodwork, ultrasounds, or even surgery results to you. You have to ask for a release of records in order to get this important information, and then you have to research the results because she won't explain it to you. When we decided to do IUI, since it was far more affordable, it was met with smirks and patronizing comments. I naturally got pregnant before starting the IUI process. When I called to tell them I was pregnant and wouldn't be needing IUI, the billing receptionist was cold and rude, almost angry that I had gotten pregnant and wouldn't be paying them. There was no "congratulations", just a cold "well, I guess you aren't gonna do IUI". It was very distasteful. This place wants your desperation and money, that is all. Dr. Bello's interactions with us were disappointingly unethical. Due to Dr. Bello's condescending nature, it made anything she said hard to trust or believe. I came here because of good reviews I had read, but was mortified at the overall experience. If you're looking for answers during your fertility journey, be cautious choosing Aspire Cypress location with Dr. Bello. I am angry I wasted my valuable time and money at this clinic.

β οΈ Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience β οΈ I had an appointment at Aspireβs Northwest Freeway location for 3:30 PM. I arrived on time, parked, and went upstairs β by 3:33 PM I was already at the door, only to find it locked. I waited outside, even checked with the childrenβs clinic next door, and was told someone should be there shortly. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I called the clinic. To my surprise, the person who answered claimed they had already βwaited for meβ and closed the clinic by 3:45 PM. That is simply impossible since I was physically outside at 3:33 PM. If your posted hours online say youβre open until 5:00 PM, why close at 3:45 PM? And why dismiss a patient who arrived on time, only a couple of minutes after their scheduled appointment? Instead of providing care, all I was told was, βWeβll just reschedule. This is unacceptable. Patients depend on clinics to respect their scheduled times, not shut the door early and act as if itβs the patientβs fault. I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting a clinic that operates this way.

Dr Nurudeen is very kind and answers all questions. My nurse Katherine was always there to answer my questions and walk me through everything. The staff are always very kind and helpful! Infertility sucks, but this clinic at least makes the process feel as smooth as it could be. Iβm thankful I got pregnant with my 1 and only embryo from IVF thanks to Dr. Nurudeen and her staff!!

The lady that draws blood through the lab core needs a huge attitude adjustment. Thank goodness this is not my main location. She didnβt draw my blood poorly just the ice cold feeling.
