It’s been a long journey, but I feel incredibly lucky to have had the best lab technicians, nurses, and doctors by my side—they truly made this process so much easier. Angel has been so patient with my tiny veins and always made me feel comfortable. The nursing team has been consistently prompt and supportive through the portal, which gave me so much peace of mind. And saving the best for last: Dr. Rodgers is exceptional. She is empathetic, supportive, generous with her time, and truly outstanding at what she does. There were many moments when I wasn’t sure this would ever happen for me, but Dr. Rodgers always explained things calmly, walked me through the next steps. Thank you, FCI, for giving me hope and helping me get here. 💛

staff at fci are all nice and kind. the communication is easy and efficient. Jay is the best ultrasound tech i ever had. shes very patient and gentle, ease my nervous and make me feel comfortable during the visit. Angel from lab also very nice, the blood draw process is always quick and painless. and dr hobeika is very knowledgeable, answer my questions and concerns. when i was stressful and had doubts he gives me the confidence to move forward with plans. this journey wasn’t easy, thank you fci team for your support!

FCI in Vernon Hills has amazing staff! From the women at the front desk, to the ultrasound techs and phlebotomists, to my nurse, Diana, they have been wonderful to work with on the rollercoaster of fertility treatment. I am forever grateful for Dr Rogers who directed all my treatments and for each of the doctors on the team who treated me along the way. Fertility treatment can be tricky to navigate but I am so glad that I chose FCI for my family's journey.

I recently started going to the FCI-Vernon Hills clinic. Jay was the most kind and gentle with my ultrasound. Angel was also incredibly gentle and clear, as my phlebotomist she I hardly felt a thing! I'm very grateful for such understanding and patient experienced staff. From the front desk, to the nurses, the doctors and the techs, we are very happy with our choice of clinic!

I know how vulnerable routine ultrasounds can feel, and the fact that I now hope to have the same technician at each appointment says everything. I’ve had consistently positive and comforting experiences during my scans at the Fertility Center of Illinois in Vernon Hills thanks to Jay. She is highly professional, incredibly compassionate, and truly attentive. Jay took the time to explain each scan clearly, ensuring I was comfortable, and addressed any concern that I had calmly and knowledgeably. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She always takes extra time if needed to ensure images are clear and thorough. One moment that truly set her care apart during my appointments was offering me the option to insert the wand myself for added comfort, something no other technician has done before. Beyond her skill, Jay is wonderfully personable. She remembers details from previous appointments, checks in on how I’ve been, and even helps suggest future scheduling during busier periods to ensure I’m seen promptly. Overall, I highly recommend my ultrasound tech Jay for her exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. She offers consistent support throughout an experience that can be very overwhelming, deeply personal, and emotionally charged.
