We started seeing Dr. Patel at Fertility Specialists of Texas back in 2022, and from day one, he has been nothing short of amazing. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive—he remembered every detail of our journey, which made us feel seen and cared for every step of the way. His staff reflects that same warmth and compassion, making a difficult process so much more manageable. Dr. Patel was wonderful throughout the entire IVF process—from retrieval to transfer and hearing that first heartbeat. Although we were fortunate to have success in our first IVF round, we experienced a devastating loss in 2023 at 22 weeks. Even through that heartbreak, Dr. Patel stood by us. His empathy and unwavering support as we began another round—knowing it was our last chance with our final embryo—meant everything. Today, we are celebrating our one-month-old rainbow baby, and we know this wouldn’t have been possible without Dr. Patel and his incredible team. We are forever grateful and will always remember the role he played in helping us grow our family.

After three consecutive first trimester miscarriages, we found our way to Dr. Patel and he was the first doctor that ever made us feel like he could help us and cared about what we were going through. He recommended IVF for our case and we were so intimidated but Dr. Patel and his team made it so much more comfortable and painless for us. Any hiccups along the way, Dr. Patel would provide reassurance and encouragement that kept our hopes up and mindset right. We came to this office jaded and skeptical. We had already gone through 2 years of trying, mutiple unsuccessful treatments, and 2 other fertility specialists. And we weren't getting the answers as to why treatments weren't successful and if IVF would be for us. From the very first consult with Dr. Patel, he used a PowerPoint to explain why all these other treatments were not working and wouldn't work for us and why IVF would. Not only did he give us the answers we were seeking, he gave us hope that this could work for us and we could have our baby. From there on, we had such peace of mind in the process that we actually started to enjoy the science behind it. We enjoyed watching the eggs mature and grow, the fertilization process take place with the embryologists after egg retrieval, and beauty and vulnerability of transfer. It means so much to have that mental health, that peace of mind, that you are doing the right thing, you are in the right place, and you are working with the right people. When it comes to fertility treatments, you are in such an emotional and vulnerable time, that it takes very special, empathetic, and understanding people to provide a beautiful mix of professionalism and sensitivity for what you are going through physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. The doctors and staff here at Fertility Specialists of Texas are bar none the best at that. We now have our sweet miracle baby, and could not imagine getting to parenthood any other way. What started as a very stressful and arduous journey has become our biggest success story, our favorite triumph, and the greatest accomplishment of our lives. We love sharing our story and can't wait to teach our little ones how miraculous they truly are.

My husband and I were initially diagnosed with unexplained infertility after completing all the standard initial testing. Given our diagnosis and our strong desire to start a family, we decided to move forward with IVF. After our first egg retrieval didn’t produce the results we were hoping for, Dr. Patel worked to evaluate our case and take meaningful steps toward a solution. We proceeded with a second egg retrieval, and thanks to his expert guidance and adjustments, it was incredibly successful. Since then, I’ve experienced some rare and unexpected complications during the embryo transfer process. Throughout it all, Dr. Patel has been nothing short of amazing—compassionate, accessible, and always willing to make time to discuss next steps. He’s not afraid to think outside the box and continues to explore every option possible to help us build the family we’ve dreamed of. We’re still actively working with Dr. Patel, and we feel incredibly fortunate to be working with him and his team.
