I’d give zero stars if I could. Impersonal and unreliable care. Their phone recording promises “quality customer care” but that’s not what you’ll get here. Staff sets wildly inappropriate expectations and is not knowledgeable about their patient’s specific care plan. Nobody knows who you are, where you are on your path, and the advice varies depending on which nurse you talk to. The Dr you are assigned may or may not be the Dr who provides your care, and the follow up is incomplete, to say the least. The only plaque on the wall is one bragging about an award they got in 2012, which may well be the last time they were able to provide quality care. It’s no wonder they haven’t gotten one since. Literally go anywhere else.

Extremely shady practice. We met Dr. Gargiulo and found him unprofessional. A doctor that talks bad behind his colleagues does not sound very mature. He kept talking about his vast experience so on and so forth. He sounded self absorbed to us. The practice has lot of miscommunication. If you don't believe me, filter to lowest reviews to confirm this. The billing & insurance department is shady as well and has lack of communication and the patient is blamed in the process. They did not bill my insurance and instead decided I was self pay when I provided it to them. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and hence I will never recommend them to anyone.

Wish I could give negative stars. Avoid FCNE at all costs! Our experience was riddled with medical gaslighting, negligence, and poor care, making an already difficult journey even harder. The staff consistently made mistakes—like forgetting to order labs, failing to communicate treatment steps, and giving conflicting advice. There were also issues with insurance misinformation, lack of accountability, and a complete disregard for the emotional toll of fertility struggles. We had to advocate for ourselves constantly, and even then, things were delayed or mismanaged. After switching clinics, we were told FCNE missed important tests, and now we have to start the process over. The emotional strain, combined with poor medical care, made it nearly impossible for us to trust them. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would not recommend FCNE. They have already ruined my trust and confidence in their practices in our first handful of interactions. First, they advertise a free initial consult for individuals without fertility insurance. They then billed me for the visit after both I and their office confirmed prior to my initial visit that my insurance does not cover infertility treatment. When asked, they stated the EOB they received indicated it was covered but deductible not yet met; they would not provide me with a copy of the EOB they received. My insurance confirmed FCNE were sent the same EOB I received, which clearly states it was denied as a non-covered service. FCNE billing just told me basically it's not their problem and to talk to my insurance. Second, when asked how I could file a formal complaint regarding the above, the billing representative first said she didn't know how and I'd just have to search their website, and then outright lied to me (told me to use the contact us option in the website footer and select complaint option from the drop-down; no such option exists). Third, on my very first in person visit to their new Falmouth office for diagnostic testing, their technician was over 2.5 hours late and the only solution offered (after several attempts to reach anyone in the main office) was to drive to their Portsmouth NH office. Another patient waiting with me said this was the second time this has happened (out of two visits). They called us back some 20 minutes later and said the technician would be there after all (2 hrs after the original scheduled appointment time); we went back and waited another 40 minutes before she did arrive. Also, since this office is otherwise unstaffed, we had to wait on the floor in the hallway (currently a construction zone!) The only acknowledgement we received was an apology call later in the day, with no information on any proactive plans made to avoid this happening again.

The front office staff makes me feel like I’m bothering them each time I step into the office. Never a smile. Had heard good things, but honestly after reading the other reviews it’s good to know I’m not the only one who has felt this way.
