From the very beginning of my IVF journey at this clinic, I have felt surrounded by an extraordinary team whose expertise and compassion have blessed us with the most perfect baby boy and I cannot thank them enough! I left a different clinic previously due to insurance reasons but am so glad we did because the Fertility Specialist of Texas was much more organized and the easy communication with the staff was one of the most comforting aspects when timing is crucial in everything of this journey. Dr. Chilvers is incredibly thorough and explained things in detail to my husband and me. She is very realistic and straight to the point and although I struggled at times she really listened to my needs and would allow me to collaborate on what I felt comfortable with. She offered a prayer after transfers and it always felt heartfelt and touching to us. I highly recommend her because she will do what she can to make sure your prayer is answered! Hadleigh was our nurse coordinator and is hands down the rockstar of the clinic- I do not know what I would have done if she was not the coordinator of our care. From every single question or grievance I had no matter how small, she made sure to answer to the best of her ability and in detail and made me feel more than just a patient in the clinic. You can tell how passionate she is about patients and their individual journeys. Her compassion and attention made me feel truly seen and heard, and I am so thankful for that. Christine did most of my ultrasounds and I will never forget how kind and encouraging she was throughout the process- even coming to visit during transfer and in other appointments that I had even in those that did not involve ultrasounds (in order to provide me comfort and positivity). She helped me stay hopeful on the toughest days, and I’m incredibly grateful for her endless positivity and her cheerful attitude! You will be so blessed if she walks in to do your scans! I had several phlebotomists but I mostly remember Bella, Tiffany, and Alexis that made me feel more than just a patient to them. I can’t thank them enough for remaining cheerful during the seemingly endless lab tests and for showing compassion when I felt down. They are such a crucial part of this process so their kindest and professionalism was appreciated. If you’re looking into clinics and having any hesitation at all I definitely recommend Dr. Chilvers and her team for their exceptional medical care, and for providing that comfort that you’re not alone. They made me feel cared for, supported, and understood, and that means the world to me and my husband. We would return easily to undergo more care if needed in the future. Thank you for being such an incredible team and we cannot wait to eventually bring our baby boy to meet you all!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Goldstein and his team are amazing! I spent the majority of this year here and honestly I will never forget the people I met. Dr. Goldstein is a miracle worker. Charlotte was always so sweet and understanding everytime I talked to her. I will never forget Michelle. She is a wonderful lady. So sweet and comforting, and I was so happy everytime I got to see her. The phlebotomists were very sweet, they even knew me by my name when I seen them in the lobby 🥹 The front desk met everyone with a smile. You can tell everyone loves their jobs and I think they have the most special job in the world. I spent so much time here it was bittersweet leaving. These people perform miracles everyday. If you are considering this clinic I really hope you come across my review and choose to go here. They changed my life 💗

I am very happy with the care and treatment that I received from Dr. Chilvers and Fertility Specialists of Texas! Dr.Chilvers is very knowledgeable and treated us very well. We were able to become pregnant with our twin miracle babies after just about 6 months with FST. We are very happy and looking forward to a healthy pregnancy now that we’ve graduated from the clinic. Cynthia is also a very empathetic and skilled care coordinator! I always felt comfortable asking her questions, and she always called when she said she would. Everyone was so kind and supportive at the Plano office. Thank you to Dr. Chilvers and her team! The only issues we had were with some inconsistency with the financial department and insurance verification teams. Overall, I would still recommend FST!

Hi! I do not typically write reviews but I just wanted to share just how amazed I am by the level of customer service I have encountered here at Fertility Specialist of Texas. As soon as I called to schedule an appointment, I was greeted by New Patient Coordinator Miranda J. She took her time listening to my concerns and was able to provide comfort in my journey with infertility. As I am sure many people are aware, this can be a very emotional journey! Miranda was the most kind- spirited person and an absolute sweetheart through our phone call. It is rare to genuinely feel like an employee cares about the people they come into contact with. I am very pleased and excited to move forward after my new patient consultation. If you are looking to schedule an appointment with Fertility Specialist, PLEASE ask for Miranda.

Dr. Chilvers is the absolute best Doctor. She gives compassionate knowledgeable care to her patients. I have been under her care for 6 years so we have gone through the ups and downs of infertility together. She supported my decisions and made recommendations that aligned with us. She is always going above and beyond. We are very blessed to have achieved our miracle babies under her care. I am forever grateful for her.
