This place is a waste of money. I guess that's why they go under different google names. " West Texas Fertility, Odessa Fertility, Elite Fertility, and Advance Fertility" Check reviews on all. Advance Fertility is the most honest. My original review is on Advance Fertility 8mths ago. Since then we are still waiting on them to give us simple invoices so that we can submit our own claims to our insurance that covered 100% if they submitted certain documents, but we are still waiting which is causing us to miss deadlines and get claims denied because they won't submit office documents that we cannot recreate. We paid them up front so they don't care that we aren't getting reimbursed for the thousands of dollars that we already paid them. They threw my wife right into surgery days after meeting her before even knowing if there was a reason to. A quick $1,500. They even went ahead with an IUI knowing that we did not meet the minimum requirements and our probability was extremely low,(we were not aware at this time) just to make another quick buck. When we questioned it they charged extra to simply ask why. Thats not even mentioning the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism that went on here, but this review would be ridiculously long. Dr Natalia and Dr. Malik are both heartless stingy, greedy people who are only in it for the money not because they actually care about helping people with fertility issues. Something so simple should not become a LAWSUIT. Has this happened before? Maybe that's why Dr. Malik has so many different names for his practice.🤔

I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this facility. Went in after a miscarriage to make sure everything was okay with me and husband before trying again. After some tests were completed we got the green light to start trying again! Staff very knowledgeable, very direct, and I truly enjoy how they respect our time by always making it so easy to get in and out. Would recommend to anyone trying, hoping, praying, and anyone who's previously miscarried and wants more clarity on what’s going on internally! Couldn’t thank Dr. Malik and Dr. N enough.. :) Also- I love their app.. you can stay in touch with doctors at all times! Response rate is second to none!

Dr. Malik is a money hungry man who doesn’t care at all about your health or fertility. I have spent thousands over the years with him and surprise bills, along with cash payment that were never recorded and sent to collections because we didn’t pay even though I had receipts. Went in for an HSG recommended from my OBGYN and was told that it was a waste of time I needed to do IVF, all they needed was a down payment. Wouldn’t schedule the procedure that i booked the consultation appointment for. Which if course you can’t just get a procedure done, you have to first have a consultation paid. Dr. Malik is so pushy for money, yet will tell you about his month long Disney World trip with his daughter. It’s heartbreaking that he will take advantage of women and families in a vulnerable time. I highly do not recommend spending a dime here and hope he looses his license!

If you’re going through infertility do NOT go to Dr. Malik! He will not do anything! All they care about is money! You’re just another number!! Nurses have ZERO experience and the lack of communication it is unbelievable! We stayed at this clinic for 7 months n still no baby! We had to call SEVERAL times for blood results because they never did!!

Not a good experience for me. I was referred to Dr. Malik by my OBGYN. I wanted to do an HSG test to see of my tubes were blocked and my OBGYN doesn't provide those services. I booked a New Patient appointment. This cost around $250 with taxes and lab fees. They included a consultation with the doctor, an ultrasound, and lab work which I felt was a fair price. After meeting with the doctor, I felt a lot of pressure from the staff to schedule multiple expensive tests and appointments. I let them know I wasn't ready to take these steps at that time due to my work schedule for the next few months being in our peak session. I was just starting this process and wanted information on how the process worked so I know what financially this journey would look like for me. Right after I finished getting my labs drawn, I was told to sign a form for my lab work and Genetic Testing. I was told twice that they would call from the office to quote me on Genetic Testing prior to sending it in. A few days went by and I never got a phone call from the office. It gave me a sick feeling and right away I regretted signing the form. I called the office and they stated GenEx would be the company to call with pricing. Next thing I know I'm getting a text message letting me know my lab work is complete and I need to pay my bill. The cost of Gentic testing was $349. I didn't agreed to this service and am so upset because I would have opted out of having it done had I have known. In addition to that unexpected expense, I received a bill from Insurance stating that my labs were partially denied. The office told me they'd be covered as it's just standard lab work. So now I have a bill for $232 that I have to pay. Upon leaving the first appointment, I only booked 1 follow up appointment to go over lab results. When I checked the patient portal, I realized they had me booked in December for a test that I never signed up for. After my visit, I really feel like this business is shady and high pressure. Just from that first appointment I'm already having to pay $831 when I simply was seeking information. I can't believe it. I don't plan on going back.
