I had the egg freezing procedure done, and could not be happier with the process and the outcome. Everyone from doctors to staff are amazing! They’re responsive, thoughtful, personal, caring. Dr Sina Abhari was my primary specialist, and he was assisted by Dr Hanna Kim and Dr Keara Bergin. I could not recommend them enough, what an amazing group of people. Special thanks to Ronak at the front desk, nurse coordinator Brooke, and Bailey over at Billing department to have ensured everything was running smoothly and timely.

Many of the reviews capture well my own experience at CCRM. Everyone is incredibly kind and understanding, and I feel like they truly try to go above and beyond to help. The IVF process is very stressful and filled with uncertainty and it's just so nice to feel so supported. I'd especially want to highlight my experience with Jasmine who is amazing!

I am very happy with Dr. Dilday. She is always warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Before my OR, I almost got teary-eyed when she spoke to me, I truly felt how much she cares about me and my reproductive health. She always takes the time to give detailed explanations of the plan of care, never rushes through appointments, and her reassuring smile makes a world of difference. I love her as a doctor, and I believe every woman going through fertility challenges deserves a doctor as compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive as Dr. Dilday. She is simply amazing! The staff are also wonderful, always warm, kind, and smiling, which makes every visit even more comforting and positive.❤️❤️❤️

The fertility journey is physically and emotionally demanding, and having the right physician makes all the difference. My experience with Dr. Dilday and the team at CCRM was a stark contrast to a previous clinic, where I often felt rushed and dismissed.
