After 7 long months, I am beyond grateful to officially graduate from CCRM Fertility Clinic under the incredible care of Dr. Dilday and Keara Bergin, PA-C. From day one, they were more than providers, they truly became family. They walked with us through every tear, every sacrifice, every heartache, and every moment with hope. From failed IUIs to completing the IVF journey, they stood by us with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. The entire staff is phenomenal. The front desk always answers within 1–2 rings and greets you with warmth. On our very first visit, when my husband fainted during his blood draw, the MA who cared for him was incredible—we will never forget her kindness. Aliyah, the patient coordinator, consistently went above and beyond, coming in early at 7:00 AM so I could get the first blood draw before work. Both Dr. Dilday and Keara even saw me at 7:15 AM, before official office hours, to accommodate my schedule. Those little acts of care meant so much. When billing issues arose, Bailey followed up immediately and resolved everything. The surgery team deserves a standing ovation. The egg retrieval and embryo transfer were seamless. When Dr. Dilday went on vacation and Dr. Abhari did my embryo transfer the whole transfer of care was seamless (and that morning of my transfer I was so surprised that Dr. Dilday personally called me to congratulate me and gave me the best pep talk even when she was on her vacation... she took the time to call me, which just made the whole process incredible). The nurses kept me calm during my most nerve wracking moments. To this day, the IV placed during my egg retrieval remains the best one I’ve ever had! I’ll always remember that nurse with gratitude. Even the embryologist and anesthesiologist were kind, patient, and encouraging, making such an emotional process feel safe and supported. (it was my first time going under). What stood out most was how personal the care felt every step of the way. The team’s phone calls, check ins, cheer up messages, and the genuine joy in our milestones made every step feel less intimidating. Thank you Keara for always greeting me with the brightest attitude at every appt and giving me the best cheer up messages. Through every up and down, CCRM became a second home, a place where our dream of building a family finally came true. If you’re considering IVF and feel hesitant about the uncertainty, let me reassure you: CCRM is the best of the best. Your time, money, and energy will be in the hands of a clinic that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for every single patient.
