-767 Park Ave W Ste B400, Highland Park, IL 60035 Dr. Kaplan and Eileen’s team were amazing. They were professional, organized, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt confident that this team would be able to address my needs and tailor my treatment plan. I was pleased with the patient education and phone /email responsiveness. Thank you all so much for all that you’ve done for me, I am very grateful.

I had a horrible encounter with the nurse Shantel Davis. I tried to schedule my appointment when I got my period through the patient portal, calling them and emailing the nurse directly. With no response or luck. I ended up finally getting through to them on 12/30/2021. When I got in touch with Shantel she had a combative and aggressive attitude from the start of the conversation. I understand that it's the holidays and people take time off but there is no need to get aggressive with the patients. I let Shantel know my situation and tell her my difficulties and her response back to me was "I know what you have been through, I have gone through the same". Shantel was aggressive in her response and had a lack of empathy. I would not recommend this clinic due to it's lack of professionalism and empathy to their patients.

Lovely office! Such sweet and caring employees, definitely made my embryo transfer for my surrogate journey a lot easier! I adore this office & will hopefully return for my 2nd surrogate Journey 🤍

The staff here is amazing! The nurses are efficient, explain everything, and ensure you are comfortable. My appointments were efficient and I always felt taken care of.

STAY AWAY, EILEEN IS THE WORST NURSE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SHE IS RUDE AND YELLS WITHIN THE OFFICE. I COULD HEAR HER SCREAMING AT THE OTHER EMPLOYEES! I WOULD NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE BECAUSE IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES I MUST WONDER HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS! i WILL NOT HAVE A FOLLOW UP WITH THIS OFFICE OR CENTER!
