I was happy to meet with Natalia. She was very knowledgeable about food and how to set up a good strategy to improve my diet. I never felt pressured or judged about what I was eating. I came to Natalia to get help with weight management and fertility. After attending a few Nutrition sessions with her I had a positive pregnancy test and now I have a healthy baby girl. Our sessions were pretty good and she spent a good amount if time listening to all my concerns and tailoring my goals to ensure I was successful. I was pretty fortunate to meeting her through one of my colleagues and enjoyed working with her.

I visited with Natalia and had a wonderful experience. I showed her my blood work and she helped me and explained everything. She showed me how to improve my blood work by choosing better foods.
