Doctor Quintero and nurses were professional, compassionate, and always took the time to answer my questions. The entire process felt organized and reassuring during an emotional journey. After two long years filled with hope, heartbreak, and persistence, I am beyond grateful to finally say—I am pregnant! My fertility journey was not easy, but from the moment I walked into Dr. Quintero’s office I felt truly seen and supported. The entire team was compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They did not just treat me like a patient—they treated me like a person, understanding the emotional weight behind every appointment, every test, and every cycle. Dr. Quintero took the time to explain each step clearly and made sure I was always informed and comfortable with my choices. The staff were always kind, responsive, and encouraging, even on the tough days. Their patience and positivity helped me stay strong when I felt overwhelmed. What stood out most was how personalized my care felt. Nothing was rushed. Every decision was made with my unique situation in mind, and I never felt like just a number. This place gave me hope when I was running low on it—and now, they have given me the chance to grow my family. There really are not enough words to express how thankful I am. I am very disappointed in the customer service my wife and I received with this place. My wife and I are currently seeking IVF treatment and have been going to another doctor but price is a huge factor for us and a close friend recommended to seek other providers. My wife found Care Fertility online and she had forgotten that she had seen Dr. Quintero over 5 years ago for a possible tubal reversal. She was vey excited to call and set up an apt once she saw the pricing on the all inclusive IVF package. We went to the website and requested a call back since the office was closed when we tried to call. It has been over a week and no one ever called us back so she called today and they told her the system was down but that they would call us back "in a couple of mins". We never got a call back and we called back now (3 hours later) and the lady that answered was rude and stated that my wife had been there back in 2021 (5 years ago)for a tubal reversal consultation and that we would have to pay $400 for an apt. When my wife asked what the $400 includes the woman replied "just to be able to talk to the Dr." Which is strange because with the other IVF specialist we paid the same rate and it included blood work and an ultrasound. Their site states a "free consultation" but because my wife was there back in 2021 the woman stated that its a follow up. It is clearly not a follow up since we have never inquired about IVF with this clinic. We then asked to speak to someone that could give us more information on the pricing and how the process would work and she said no one was available until next week and they would call us then. When you're dealing with people who clearly are reaching out to see what their options are regarding their future family you would think the staff would be well trained and kind. Very disappointing but apparently they must be very busy since they do not bother to return calls. I cannot imagine how they would have treated us if we were to be patients.

My 1st consult with Care fertility back in 2015. I was so overwhelmed. I knew it was gonna take me a while to save for treatment and pay for it the regular way without financing so I save my money. I returned back in 2025 with money in hand cash. I did all the proper testing I took care of all of my financial obligations. Everything through the payment process was easy and sweet once they collected my money was when things changed.. Do not believe in the package deal there is no such thing they’re gonna be telling you you ran out of money the following week for medication. they hid my AMH level from me almost the entire time through stems when I begged them for the results the entire time Every appointment every doctor, every staff… I had taken the AMH test a month before and still no results every appointment I went in for a ultrasound finally when we were ready to trigger I finally press them that I needed my AMH today I received the paper. Odd to find out my AMH is extremely low which meant I needed to prepare take supplements before even taking stems. I also needed to be on a low-dose mini cycle with the AMH solo however, I was on a triple dose cycle they maximize my medication which resulted in a zero egg retrieval not to mention Dr. Quintero left behind one follicle and forced me to do a second egg retrieval for that one follicle that I did not know they were gonna charge me for I would never have paid for a egg retrieval for one follicle I would have rather save that for another cycle after the second egg retrieval. I reached out to the office to see what was my next steps, financially and clinically, I was told that the financial department had to reach out to me. They avoided my calls. No one ever reached out to me. I had to keep reaching out to them finally once I talk to someone, I found out that I had to pay for it entire new cycle when I hadn’t even received the two transfers that they had promised this is where the next red flag popped up. This office is designed to maximize treatment meaning that they’re gonna take you through a couple cycles before success to run up the bill.. I was so discouraged because I had never let anyone get over on me that way once I seen it was out of my control. I refuse to pay them any more money and I’ve decided to move forward with a new clinic. I advise anybody who is planning to use this clinic. Please do more research before you do. This place is a scam. they showed no empathy or sympathy for me. They ran my bills up without my consent that I never signed for and almost discourage me to doing IVF all the way around. I’m so happy that I found my new clinic, but I hope that this review reaches all those future parents out there because we struggle enough emotionally and financially through fertility process to be taken advantage of please be very vigilant. Not even the CEO Wilson showed empathy in the fact that I was misled. He did admit that My paperwork was done incorrectly, and there was some hangups in my contract. However, he did not make it right.If you do decide to move forward with these people, the reviews do not lie. I wish I had a paid more attention, but since this was the office, I had saw 10 years ago I didn’t want to seek anymore. I just wanted to start the process. I’m wishing baby dust to all of you future parents out there and I pray success in whatever you decide to do. I wish I could tell the full story in detail, but we would be here all day.. Blessings
