Connected is the first business in Charlotte solely dedicated to local monitoring of infertility patients. We offer a private, convenient, and local office environment to make this process easier on patients. Dr. Heather Graham is a board certified OBGYN in Charlotte, NC who started Connected after realizing how great the need was locally for these patients. Her goal remains to connect patients to the their amazing docs and clinic of choice, but to make it as convenient and stress-free as possible!
