Dr. Coffler, along with the rest of his staff (Amy and Ashley in particular), were instrumental in bringing my wife's pregnancy to fruition. The process was long and challenging, but the end result was worth it. The honesty and transparency throughout this ordeal reassured my wife and I that we made the right choice with the staff here. Their candor and compassion were crucial during this emotional process. I would recommend this team to any family in a heartbeat.

The wonderful team at HRC made the entire process of IVF smooth, flawless, and comforting each and every way! Dr. Coffler is honest, even if it is hard to hear the news, and supportive at each mile we made, and he made us comfortable and confident, he genuinely cares! Amy was AMAZING and super communicative and helpful each and every step of the way! She explained all of the steps we needed to do and made sure we understood exactly how to go about taking our medication correctly. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle our case so delicately and perfectly. Ashley was always available if we needed anything additional, and was always very underatanding and helpful! I wish we didnt have to graduate, and that we could continue all of our OB care here, but we will be back when we are ready for #2 ❤️ THANK YOU HRC FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!!

I had such a positive experience with HRC. Dr. Coffler is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also kind and patient—always taking time to explain each step and make me feel at ease. The nurses and staff are equally wonderful, caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. Special mention to Amy, who took the utmost care of us during the entire process and I truly believe this process would have been much tougher if not for the wonderful support from everyone. IVF can be overwhelming, but this team truly made me feel cared for and confident. I’m so grateful for their compassion and dedication, and I would highly recommend HRC to anyone seeking fertility care.

My wife and I recently worked with Dr. Coffler and his staff and the experience was nothing short of amazing. This process is difficult and strenuous enough, especially if you've never been through IVF before, but we felt taken care of from start to finish and really enjoyed our time. Amy, our coordinator, was particularly helpful, patient and always took the time to answer our obnoxious questions and address our concerns. We could not be more grateful to Dr. Coffler, Amy and the rest of the HRC staff who always gave us their best. These are good people.

Dr. Coffler & Amy & the entire team at HRC SD are incredible. This is my second time with them and I couldn’t be more grateful for their care. Amy is the best at being so communicative, answering questions and organizing your care/med protocol. Dr. Coffler is truly a doctor who takes his time with you. He has always given me a call when I’ve had questions & is one of the best most attentive & caring doctors towards his patients. Highly recommend this clinic 😊
