Navigating fertility insurance can be overwhelming, but Erica made it manageable. She is very organized, responsive, and always followed up with me when I had additional questions. With her hard work, I never had to worry about delays in treatment. Not only was she great at handling insurance details, but she was also incredibly compassionate.

Shady Grove Fertility exceeded any expectation I had of a fertility clinic. They were so incredibly kind and accommodating and really made my husband and I feel like we were with family. I am forever grateful for this team!!!

I wanted to give this office a fair review so I separated my ratings. 1. Dr. Crochet was very nice. He was informative and kind. My cycle didn’t work but that’s because of my eggs not him. I appreciated his bedside manner and compassion. 2. Nursing staff- I’m not going to lie I AM NOT A FAN. Their lack of response and indifference was a HUGE turnoff to me at this office. They can and should do much better! BUT to be honest I still have a 5 star because of their employee Erica McFarland. She worked in the finance department but became my ROCK throughout this whole process. Her job was just to take care of the financial aspect and she always was quick and efficient. However from our very first conversation she has been the most caring, supportive person I came across at shady grove.! She consistently went out of her way to help me, answer all my questions and help me obtain answers when I felt like no one else would! I hope shady grove knows how lucky they are to have her. To be completely transparent I would have left after my second retrieval if it wasn’t for her due to the lack of communication from the staff. She’s an amazing employee and even better person and y’all are lucky to have her!!

My experience at shady grove gas been exceptional. I have been working with Dr. Griffith and his team so no personal experience with the staff at this location except for Erica in the finance department. I joke with my husband that I've never met anyone in the medical field who has such a high answering the phone rate. Her helpfulness has made this stressful journey so much easier. She's always quick to respond to questions, provides clear explanations, and goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. Everyone needs an Erica in this journey!!

The Beaumont office is amazing! I love that it’s close to home and they all are great! I wanted to mention a few wonderful people: Erica is the WORLD’S BEST. She may only work in financial but through this entire process she has been so much more than that to me. She is willing to help no matter what the problem is and if she can’t help she finds someone who can. Anything I need she is also so quick to respond back! She has so much compassion and I can’t say enough good things about her to make up how amazing she is! Leah is so lovely! When you walk through the door she’s always at the front desk with a smile. It’s like a breath of fresh air especially on the days that are hard to come into the clinic. Brianna: I believe she is new to the clinic or at least to the Beaumont office but the times I have interacted with her she is always so happy and caring! She really makes such a difference in this process! Shodella is the phlebotomist and she is so sweet. And she is great at what she does, I hardly feel a thing! I am probably forgetting a few others in the office but I will say I enjoy coming to the Beaumont location. Everyone truly shows passion for their job.
